Carla Calixto's work experience includes the following roles:

1. Implementation Success Manager at Pipefy, starting in November 2022.

2. Supervisora Processo Cerveja at Ambev, from January 2021 to November 2022. Carla was responsible for analyzing data, revising standards, and implementing actions to improve the quality of the brewing process. Carla led daily meetings and made decisions related to operational routines and chemical processes.

3. Estagiária de Processo Cerveja at Ambev, from January 2021 to July 2022. Carla'sresponsibilities included monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing actions for process improvement in beer production.

4. Diretora de Financeiro at Liga Nacional de Baterias Universitárias, from December 2018 to December 2019. Carla managed the sales platform, handled financial communication with delegations, and oversaw the event's cash flow, resulting in increased profits compared to previous years.

5. Diretora de Financeiro at Liga de Baterias de Ponta Grossa, from August 2018 to August 2019. Carla'sduties included budget forecasting, cash flow control, and organizing a major event. Carla led decision-making meetings and distributed tasks among the organizing committee members to ensure the event's success and provide resources for participating batteries.
