Eduardo Cerejo

Eduardo Cerejo has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Eduardo started their career at Accenture Technology Solutions in 2006 as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for designing and implementing telecommunication billing and co-billing applications. Eduardo then moved on to UOL - Universo Online, where they held multiple roles including Information Technology Coordinator and Software Engineering Manager. At UOL, they played a significant role in the Lean transformation journey of the organization and was responsible for managing teams and promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

After their time at UOL, Eduardo joined ThoughtWorks as a Project Manager, where they managed a software development project for a major Brazilian investment company. Eduardo was accountable for the project's people, delivery, and communication, ensuring high value and technical quality within the given constraints.

Subsequently, Eduardo worked at 99 and Grupo Netshoes as a Software Engineering Manager, where they continued to demonstrate their leadership and management skills. Eduardo then joined PayGo Pagamentos as the Head Engineering Manager, overseeing engineering operations.

Most recently, Eduardo has been working at Pipefy as the Senior Software Engineering Manager and Director of Software Engineering. Eduardo has been leading software engineering teams and driving the development and implementation of engineering strategies.

Eduardo Cerejo completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 2002 to 2005. Eduardo also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2010, Eduardo became an Oracle Certified Professional for Java SE 6 Programmer and also received the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2016, they attended the Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making course at edX and earned the Management 3.0 Attendance certification from Knowledge21.
