Fernando Megale Caia

Fernando Megale, CAIA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fernando started their career as a Performance Analyst at Oppa in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at a family business. Fernando then joined Itaú Unibanco as an International Law professional in 2016. From 2017 to 2020, Fernando worked at Burger King do Brasil, initially as a Corporate Trainee and later as a Financial Planning & Growth Investments Coordinator. In 2020, they founded fithouse.me, a platform that helps people stay healthy through at-home exercises. In 2021, they joined nuvini as the Corporate Finance, Funding and Investor Relations Leader. Currently, Fernando Megale is working at Pipefy as the FP&A, M&A and Investor Relations Manager.

Fernando Megale, CAIA has an MBA in Finance (Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Startups) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Fernando also holds a B.A. in Business from FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas and has completed an academic exchange program in Business at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Fernando studied Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2015 to 2017. Fernando has also participated in the Founder Institute's Acceleration Program for Startups and completed an Executive Program on AI for Business Leaders at Udacity. Additionally, Fernando has a PEC (Predictive Analytics in Business Intelligence) certification from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Fernando has obtained the Alternative Investment Analyst Charter (CAIA Charter) from the CAIA Association in May 2022 and the Venture Deals certification from Kauffman Fellows in April 2021.
