João Ferreira

João Ferreira began their work experience in 2019 at Baxter International Inc., where they served as a Financial Assistant II. In this role, they communicated with the Global Treasury, programmed and maintained automations, created reports, and analyzed cash flow. João also worked as an AR/Credit & Collect Assistant, where they developed process automation tools and handled receipts and credit invoices.

In 2021, João joined BNP Paribas Cardif as a LATAM Regional IT Financial Engineer Performance Analyst. Their responsibilities included automating regional finance processes and developing a VBA tool for Business Cases of IT projects. João also managed expense reports for regional entities.

Most recently, João is working at Pipefy as a Solutions Engineer | Recurring Services. João is responsible for creating customized BPA workflow solutions, integrating existing connectors, and understanding customer needs to provide quality demonstrations. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sales Engineer | Mid-market, focusing on pre-sales demos and one-off implementations.

João Ferreira's education history includes earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems - Software Engineering & Artificial Intelligence from FIAP. João attended FIAP from 2020 to 2023. In addition to their degree, João also obtained several certifications. João completed a course on Negotiation Techniques, Cloud Fundamentals, Administration and Solution Architect, and Social Training and Sustainability, all at FIAP in October 2022. João obtained a certification in Basic Process Management from Pipefy in March 2022. Furthermore, João completed courses on DevOps & Agile Culture, Libras (Brazilian Sign Language), Emerging Technological Solutions, Leadership Communication, Business Financial Management, and Project Management at FIAP in 2021 and 2020. João also obtained certifications in Administrative Techniques from Saber - Instituto Brasileiro de Aprendizagem in April 2020 and in Ciclo de Desenvolvimento Pessoal e Profissional from S.O.S Tecnologia e Educação in February 2019.
