Lucas Goedert de Souza has a diverse work experience. Lucas is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Pipefy since February 2021. Lucas started their career at Ação Júnior, where they held the positions of Project Manager and HR Advisor/Consultant. As a project manager, they were responsible for prospecting clients, making proposals, and managing consulting projects. In their role as an HR advisor, they organized the selection process for future trainees and coordinated the internal development program.

Lucas Goedert de Souza completed their undergraduate education at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2015 to 2019, majoring in Business Administration. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Licentiate degree in Administration and Business at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Continuing their education, Lucas obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Digital Transformation and Future of Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Lucas also obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they completed the Customer Success Manager certification at MBA SEDA Executive Education. In June 2021, they obtained the Mastership in Customer Success certification from Winning by Design.
