Victor Guimarães is a highly skilled Senior Staff Product Designer with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently at Pipefy since January 2021, Victor has effectively acted as a platform ambassador, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product vision and strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Santander Brasil, where Victor designed onboarding experiences and promoted data-driven culture, and NTT DATA Europe & LATAM, where leadership of a UX design team was pivotal in developing design operations best practices. With a solid foundation in design and visual communications from Unijorge, along with additional postgraduate degrees in Service Design and User Centered Design from Universidade Positivo, Victor has consistently delivered impactful digital solutions across various industries.
