Melissa Vincent is the executive director at Pipeline Entrepreneurs and a co-founder of Locked In Sports. Melissa has extensive experience in the sports industry, having worked with some of the top NFL athletes in the country.
Vincent started their career in sports as a board president and co-founder of Locked In Sports. The company provided athletes and coaches with a software platform designed to enhance player development across multiple sports. The core technology combined custom workouts, video instruction, and player-versus-player competition coupled with robust analytics and an interactive native and web experience. The training videos and instruction were performed by current or former professional athletes, making elite level training accessible to EVERY athlete across the country.
Locked In Sports partnered with Todd France, owner of Five Star Athlete Management, the 4th largest NFL agency in the country. The company worked with top-tier NFL athletes as part of Locked In Football. These athletes included Demaryius Thomas with the Denver Broncos, a 3-Time Pro Bowl Wide Receiver who was the 2nd highest ranked WR in the league in 2014. Aqib Talib, also with the Denver Broncos, a 2-time Pro Bowl Cornerback. Aaron Donald, with the St. Louis Rams, a Pro Bowl Defensive Lineman and 2014 Defensive Rookie of the Year. AJ McCarron of the Cincinnati Bengals, a 2-Time NCAA Champion Quarterback.
