Johnathan began their career as a Skilled Laborer at Willbros Group, Inc. where they worked as part of a team and excelled in time management, equipment usage, and communication with team members.

Johnathan then progressed to roles such as Equipment Tracking Technician, Field Office Manager, and Heavy Equipment Operator at Willbros Group, Inc. In these positions, they demonstrated their expertise in managing office operations, reducing expenses, and tracking and maintaining heavy machinery.

Following their time at Willbros Group, Inc., Johnathan worked as a Sales Support at Fastenal Company, where they assisted with sales, customer service, inventory management, and deliveries.

Johnathan'smost recent role was as a Project Manager at Stott Wood Company Inc, where they oversaw budgeting, vendor and client relations, and ensured production and efficiency across multiple job sites.

In 2023, Johnathan Wilks is set to join PECI as a Project Manager.

Johnathan Wilks attended Caldwell Parish High School and obtained their High School Diploma. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management. During their time at the university, Johnathan obtained additional certifications including OSHA 30 HR from OSHA in April 2015 and NCCER 100 HR from NCCER in September 2009.
