David Kelly

David Kelly is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with over a decade of experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Engineering Program Manager at Piper Aircraft since April 2023, David has previously held positions including Director of Operations at Aluma Tower Company, Senior Program Manager and Program Manager II at Piper Aircraft, and Senior Project Manager at Embraer. David began a career in aerospace with the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Propulsion Project Engineer. David holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
