Hilton Alves

Hilton Alves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and manufacturing within the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Piper Aircraft since January 2024, Hilton Alves provides strategic leadership for over 400 employees across various teams, ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Previously, at Embraer from July 2008 to December 2023, Hilton Alves held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Operations, where oversight of operations and budget management exceeded $70M, and spearheaded the launch of a new manufacturing facility for executive aircraft seats. Earlier experience includes roles at Autoliv do Brasil Ltda and Schrader Bridgeport do Brasil S.A., focusing on manufacturing management and engineering. Hilton Alves holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and degrees in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Paraíba and Escola de Engenharia Industrial de São José dos Campos, respectively.
