Lis Boyce

Lis Boyce is a partner at Piper Alderman. Lis was previously a partner at Dentons, where they were the deputy business unit leader of the corporate team and co-chair of the life sciences & healthcare group. Lis also served as the country lead for venture tech and emerging growth companies. Lis has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer and has expertise in operational and strategic contracts, privacy, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and shareholders' agreements. Prior to their career in law, Lis was the chair of the AusMedtech NSW committee.

Lis Boyce has a certificate in governance practice from the Governance Institute of Australia, a company directors course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a BA LLB from the University of Sydney. Lis also has certification from LinkedIn in engaging your virtual audience, managing virtual teams, emotional intelligence, counterintuitive leadership strategies, creating and giving business presentations, design thinking, improving your thinking, leading without formal authority, and pitching your ideas strategically.
