McKenzie has expertise in complex commercial litigation and has acted in numerous multi-million dollar disputes including funded actions under Australian Corporations and Securities legislation. McKenzie also works in the Energy and Resource area and has gained specialist expertise from her involvement in disputes concerning transactions in the mining, petroleum and energy sector.

Having previously worked in China and South East Asia, McKenzie draws upon her international commercial experience to assist in the provision of commercial and corporate advice to both the firm’s national and international clients.
