Michael Lhuede

Michael Lhuede is a Fellow at ARITA and a Partner at Piper Alderman. Michael is a board member of the VIC/TAS committee at ARITA and has extensive experience in providing advice on the restructuring of distressed businesses. Michael has been a long-standing member of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee at the Law Council of Australia and has served as the National Chair. Michael started their career as an Articled Clerk in 1992 at JM Smith & Emmerton, now known as Gadens, where Michael later became a Partner before joining Piper Alderman.
