Shane Entriken

Shane Entriken is a partner at Piper Alderman. Prior to this, they were the non-executive chairman and general counsel of Eden Partners - Sustainable & Responsible Investments, global natural resources fund. Shane has also worked as a subject co-ordinator and casual lecturer at Murdoch University, and as the non-executive chairman of Cattle Operations Pty Ltd, where they acquired, managed, and developed two large scale cattle operations in North Queensland. Shane has been a partner at Allion Partners since 2014. Shane has also held positions as the global iron ore head of governance & human resources at BHP and as a senior legal advisor at Herbert Smith Freehills. Shane has also worked as the national employee relations manager at Downer.

Shane Entriken graduated from Wynnum State High School. Shane then attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) where they obtained their Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) with economics minor. Afterwards, they attended The University of Queensland and received their Juris Doctor. Shane is certified by The Law Society of Western Australia as a member, AMEC (Association of Mining and Exploration Companies) as a member, AgForce Queensland as a member, and Australian Institute of Company Directors as a member.
