Michael Cox

Michael Cox has a significant work experience in the field of equity research. Michael started their career at Edward Jones as an Equity Research Associate from July 2000 to July 2001. Later, they worked as an Equity Research Associate at RBC Capital Markets from May 2002 to February 2003. Cox then joined Piper Jaffray, where they held the positions of Senior Equity Research Analyst from February 2003 to December 2014 and Director of Equity Research from July 2012 onwards. Currently, they are employed at Piper Sandler as the Co-Head of Global Equities starting from February 2018.

Michael Cox attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an MBA degree in Finance. Prior to that, they attended Iowa State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. In 1999, they also briefly attended the University of Newcastle, focusing on International Economics.
