Alexander Goldfarb

Alexander Goldfarb is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) equity research. Currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since January 2020, Alexander previously held the same title at Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. from January 2009 to January 2020, where Alexander established the REIT research platform. Prior roles include Director at UBS, focusing on Multifamily and Student Housing REITs, and Vice President at Lehman Brothers, working within equity research for REITs. Alexander holds an MBA in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Anthropology from Wheaton College.
