Anton Ticktin

Anton Ticktin is a Managing Director at Piper Sandler, a role assumed after the acquisition of The Valence Group, a specialized M&A investment bank in chemicals and materials, in 2020. Prior to this, Anton served as Vice President at Nexant from 1999 to 2011, and worked as a Strategy Consultant at Gemini Consulting for a year in 1998. Anton began a career in business development at BASF from 1989 to 1997. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IMD, obtained between 1997 and 1998, and a BSc and PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Sussex, completed from 1981 to 1987.
