Bryant Williams

Bryant Williams is a Managing Director at Piper Sandler, specializing in buyside/sellside M&A advisory and capital raising for technology companies, while co-leading the cybersecurity practice since October 2022. Prior to this role, Bryant served as a Partner and Founding Member at DBO Partners, a technology-focused boutique investment bank, from July 2012 until its acquisition by Piper Sandler in October 2022. Bryant's career began as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from July 2010 to July 2012, where responsibilities included investment banking activities such as private equity, IPOs, debt offerings, and M&A transactions. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
