Charles Montgomery

Charles (Steve) Montgomery is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since March 2021. Montgomery co-founded and serves as an Executive Board Member for the Ultimate Growth Foundation, engaging in volunteer work since September 2020. A former Director at Piper Jaffray from 2015 to 2021, Montgomery also held the position of Director in Fixed Income Sales at BMO Capital Markets from 2008 to 2015 and served as Vice President for Fixed Income Sales at ABN AMRO from 1997 to 2008. Montgomery began a career in sales with E A Moos & Company from 1994 to 1997. Montgomery earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University, completing studies from 1985 to 1990, and graduated from Red Bank Regional with a college preparatory high school education from 1982 to 1985.
