Dan Oxenham

Dan Oxenham is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since February 2020, Dan previously held the position of Principal at Piper Jaffray from 2013 to February 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Edgeview Partners from March 2008 to June 2013 and Manager of Transaction Services at Price Waterhouse Coopers from September 2003 to March 2008, focusing on financial due diligence in buy-side M&A. Dan started in the finance industry as a Senior Associate, providing assurance and business advisory services. Dan holds a Masters in Accountancy from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
