Susan Zanke

Susan Zanke has a diverse work experience spanning from 1989 to the present. Susan is currently working as a Senior Digital Project Manager at Pipitone Group since July 2021. Prior to this, from January to July 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst at PPG Industries. In 2020, they worked at Viatris as a Business Analyst/Solution Lead/Technical Trainer, where they analyzed and implemented process improvement and managed website projects. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Mylan in various roles, including Business Analyst, Technical Training, and Digital Solution Lead. Additionally, from 2018 to 2018, they served as a Product Manager at Rivers Agile. In 2017, they worked as an Independent IT Business Consultant at Susan Zanke Consulting, providing business development expertise. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Program Manager at USA TODAY Sports Media Group, managing website operations and serving on software development teams. Before that, from 2000 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, such as IT Software Client Services Manager and Marketing Services Manager. Lastly, from 1991 to 2000, they worked at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette as a Human Resource Manager and PC Specialist. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they served as the Director of Training at EXECUTRAIN, overseeing the training department.

Susan Zanke pursued their education with a focus on business administration and marketing. Susan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University, where they attended from 1983 to 1987. Following their undergraduate studies, Susan went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance at West Virginia University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1989. Prior to their university education, Susan successfully received their high school diploma from Peters Township School District, completing their secondary education between 1979 and 1983.

In addition to their formal education, Susan has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. Susan completed the courses "Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories," "Learning JIRA Software," and "Project Management Foundations" through LinkedIn. Susan completed the course on Agile User Stories in January 2021, the course on JIRA Software in March 2018, and the course on Project Management Foundations in January 2018.
