Tom Cummins is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the deployment of automated number plate recognition (ANPR) systems and traffic enforcement technologies. Currently serving as Project Manager at PIPS Technology by Neology since July 2017, Tom has previously held project management roles at 3M and served as a Senior Engineer at Cubic Corporation. Their career began in various capacities within Vysionics, where Tom developed a robust skill set in project delivery and team management. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of Brighton and completed an OND and HND in Mechanical Engineering at Mid Kent College.
