Tiffany Kurnia has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Teacher's Aide and Film Tutor at Pasadena City College, where they supported the professor in creating a successful learning environment, demonstrated equipment operation, and oversaw students during filmmaking exercises. In 2015, they worked as a Cashier and Server at Beard Papa's Sweets Cafe, addressing customer needs and concerns, balancing the check register, and handling cash and credit card payments. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Seasonal Sales Associate at UNIQLO, where they assisted customers, maintained order and cleanliness, and efficiently managed time in a fast-paced environment. Starting in 2018, they ventured into the field of video production, first joining Building Safety Solutions as a Production Associate. In this role, they compiled photo and video footage, animated visual assets, and designed graphics for emergency training videos.

In 2019, Tiffany joined Narrative as an Associate Producer/Post-Production Supervisor, where they worked as a liaison between multiple departments, oversaw a team of editors, and mentored them in creating content for various social media platforms. Tiffany also worked as a Video Editor, editing advertisements for multiple brands and developing concepts based on client needs.

Finally, they pursued further education at UC San Diego from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts (Media).
