As a Senior Partner in PIR International’s London office, Tom focuses on executive-level searches across the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Consumer Healthcare sectors on a national and international level. Whilst working with established multinationals he has also assisted US-headquartered specialty and orphan drug companies in the establishment of their European infrastructure.

With over 20 years’ Pan European Line Management expertise in both Commercial and Research and Development settings, Tom has extensive experience creating winning value propositions, sourcing globally for key talent, implementing appropriate assessment and selection techniques, and ultimately hiring executive-level professionals across C-Suite, General Management, Research & Development, Commercial, and Corporate Functions.
