Alexander Blades

Alexander Blades is a Non–Executive Board Member at Piraeus Bank. Alexander has previously worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, Counsel at Mayer Brown, and an Associate at Skadden Arps.

Alexander Blades graduated from Harvard Law School in 1999. Alexander began their career as an Associate at Skadden Arps, where they worked for five years before moving to Mayer Brown. At Mayer Brown, they worked as Counsel for two years before joining Goldman Sachs as a Vice President. Alexander left Goldman Sachs in November 2008 and joined Piraeus Bank as a Non–Executive Board Member in January 2009.

Alexander Blades has a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Victoria University of Wellington, and a LLB (Hons) and LLM in Law from the University of Chicago Law School. Alexander is currently a practicing lawyer.
