Debajit Baidya

Debajit Baidya is a professional with a diverse background in strategy, analytics, and sales and marketing. Currently serving as a Deputy Manager in Strategy and Analytics at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, Debajit has also held the position of Management Trainee at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales and Marketing Intern at uFaber Edutech Pvt Ltd and participation in government consultation with Piramal Foundation and Niti Aayog. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Marketing and HR from Goa Institute of Management (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Delhi University (2016-2019).
