Durgesh Tiwari

Durgesh Tiwari has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Durgesh is currently the Geography Lead - Talent Acquisition at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, a role they have held since March 2023. Before that, from March 2022 to March 2023, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd.

Prior to their current roles, Durgesh held positions at Equitas Small Finance Bank as a Talent Acquisition- North specialist from May 2021 to March 2022, and at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company as a Manager Talent Acquisition - North from October 2018 to May 2021.

Earlier in their career, from September 2016 to October 2018, Durgesh worked as an Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. Durgesh also served as a Sr. Executive HR - Talent Acquisition (Banking & NBFC) at Ankur HR Consultancy Private Limited (AHRC) from October 2013 to September 2016.

Durgesh Tiwari completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Faizabad, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate education in Science with a focus on Biology from UP Board, from 2007 to 2009. Durgesh also completed their High School education in Science from UP Board in the year 2006.
