Jeff Marcus

Jeff Marcus is Global Head of People for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments business segment. He and his global team are responsible for developing and implementing the business unit’s human capital strategy, coaching/advising leaders in matters related to their employees and facilitating key processes globally such as compensation planning, performance management, talent development and succession planning.

Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2021, Jeff most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at First Eagle Investment Management. He has also held Human Resources positions at Natixis North America, Third Avenue Management, KBC Financial Products, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan. Jeff began his career in 1992 and has built and implemented People strategies across all HR disciplines.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
