Sumit Verma

Sumit Verma currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at Piramal Group since April 2019, after progressing from IT Manager. Previously, Sumit held the position of Manager for IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Application Support at ACG PAM Pharma Technologies Pvt Ltd from April 2016 to April 2019, and served as Manager of I.T Infrastructure & Governance at Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Limited from November 2011 to April 2016. Early career experience includes a role as Incharge of IT at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd from July 2008 to November 2011 and as a Junior Administrator. Sumit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology. Expertise includes IT service delivery, IT support and operations, implementation of IT security, project management, network management, and vendor management.
