Cathy Pennington

Cathy Pennington has a variety of work experience in human resources and management. Cathy'smost recent position is as the Director of Human Resources at Piramal Pharma Solutions, where they support HR strategy and projects for the entire organization. Prior to this, they were an HR Leader at Hyster-Yale Group, leading a team and overseeing HR, EHS, and Learning and Development functions. Cathy also worked as a Principal HR Consultant at Hanna Resource Group LLC and Senior Director at Galls LLC, where they developed and executed HR policies and strategies. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Verst Group Logistics and held various sales and management positions at Lexmark International. Cathy began their career at Ashland Inc., Valvoline, where they held progressively responsible roles in HR.

Cathy Pennington has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, they are certified as an SPHR by the Society of Human Resources Management.
