Sourav Majumder currently serves as the Manager of Strategy and Communications at Piramal Swasthya since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sourav held a similar position at CARE India from December 2014 to July 2023, leading multicultural public health and nutrition communication initiatives for the Health and ICDS Department of the Government of Bihar. Additional experience includes roles at FHI 360 as a Technical Expert and various consultancy positions with UNICEF, focusing on communication strategies and advocacy in health and development. Sourav has also contributed to capacity building and systems strengthening within organizations such as the Child in Need Institute and Child Rights and You. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Disaster Management and Behaviour Change Communication, complemented by certifications from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Piramal Swasthya is one of the largest not-for-profit organizations in India in the space of primary health care.
