Heidi Petersen

Vice President Of Customer Experience at Pirate Ship

Heidi Petersen has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they worked as a Wine Bar Manager at Benjamin Knox Gallery. In 2016, they held two internships, one at Martinez Street Women's Center as a Program Intern and one at Texas A&M University's Women's Resource Center as an Intern Project Manager. Heidi also worked as a Counselor and Recruiter at Lutherhill Ministries and as a Community Development Intern at Treehouse Ministries in 2015. In 2018, they were a Community Account Manager at United Way of the Columbia-Willamette. In 2019, they were a Customer Success Manager and then a Customer Success Specialist at BetterGrowth. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience and Head of Customer Support at Pirate Ship.

Heidi Petersen attended Blinn College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Social Sciences. Heidi then attended Texas A&M University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Agricultural Leadership and Development.
