Lemuela Manuel has been working in customer service since 2007. Lemuela began their career as a Personal Service Representative at Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia), where they were responsible for assisting clients with inquiries on bank accounts. Lemuela then moved to APAC Customer Services in 2010, where they worked as a Remote Agent from home, assisting clients with inquiries and setting up accounts for natural gas. In 2011, Lemuela joined US Off-Track as a Pari-Mutuel Agent/Customer Service Representative, processing wagers and providing technical support across multiple platforms. In 2017, they took on a Retail role at Clary Sage Herbarium. Most recently, Lemuela has been working as a Customer Support Specialist at Pirate Ship since 2021.

Lemuela Manuel is currently attending Chemeketa Community College.
