In 2021, they became a Senior Recruiter at Patreon and in 2022 they were promoted to Recruiting Manager at Hone. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pirate Ship.
Stephanie Seymour attended the University of Virginia from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studies in Women and Gender. Stephanie is currently enrolled in the Professional Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program at the University of California, Davis, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition, Stephanie Seymour has obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in August 2022 and an Onboarding New Hires certification from LinkedIn in June 2017.
