Donatella de Vita

Donatella de Vita has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Welfare, Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion HR Programme at Pirelli since January 2007. Prior roles at Pirelli include Global Head of Learning, Engagement and Welfare and Global Head of People Development. Before joining Pirelli, Donatella held the position of Human Resources Manager at Pirelli Broadband Solutions and Pirelli Labs from January 2003 to December 2006, and at Pirelli Cables & Systems SpA from January 2000 to December 2002, managing HR for the Optical Fibers Business Unit and New Telecom Initiatives. Donatella holds a Master's Degree in Psicosocioanalisi from ARIELE, a Master's degree in Social and Philosophical Foundations of Education from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Milano, complemented by a high school education from Liceo Ginnasio G. Carducci in Milan.
