Laura Abate

Laura Abate is a seasoned Welfare Manager at Pirelli, having joined the company in February 2008. Laura oversees Welfare & Wellbeing activities at the local level in Italy while coordinating global initiatives for Pirelli affiliates. Laura's expertise extends to Learning & Engagement, where responsibilities include managing international induction programs, language learning, and digital learning projects. Since January 2013, Laura has also led the Employee Engagement process, focusing on Pirelli’s global Opinion Survey and managing HR content on the Group Intranet. Prior experience includes roles in Training & Development, HR Management, and as an HR Specialist at various companies. Laura holds a Laurea in Languages and Foreign Literature with a specialization in Social Communication from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has studied at London South Bank University.
