Paolo de Lazzari

Paolo De Lazzari's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Paolo worked at Pirelli as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America, Europe, and as the Head of HR Commercial Functions. Prior to that, they worked at Luxottica as the HR Director Corporate, HR Senior Manager & Organization Project Leader for Retail North America, and HR Manager Corporate Operations. Paolo also worked at Fresenius Kabi Anti-Infectives as an HR Manager, at Snam as an HR Manager and HR Training Specialist, at Antal International as a Recruitment Consultant, and at H3G as an Organization Analyst.

Paolo De Lazzari completed a Master's degree in HR Management from SDA Bocconi in 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR & Organization from Università Bocconi, which they completed in 2005.
