Ricardo Winterstein

Ricardo Winterstein is an experienced professional in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the VP OE Sales and General Manager at Pirelli Pneus since June 2019, after holding various leadership roles within the company, including Latam OEM Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager OEM Latam. Prior to this, Ricardo was the General Manager at Pirelli Multibrands from April 2018 to May 2019, and has extensive experience at Pirelli from 2003 to 2018 in various managerial and consulting positions. Earlier career experience includes a role as Export Analyst at Iguacu Celulose, Papel S.A. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in Marketing from the same institution, and a postgraduate degree in Business Strategies from Tecnológico de Monterrey, supplemented by English language studies at Utah Valley University.
