Pirelli
Simone Pellegrini has a strong background in compliance and corporate affairs. They began their career at Business Integration Partners in 2006 as a Consultant. In 2007, they joined Pirelli as a Senior Internal Auditor and later transitioned to the role of Group Compliance Manager. During their time at Pirelli, Simone was responsible for setting up the Compliance Function, managing compliance with various regulations (including anti-corruption, privacy, and financial statement disclosure), maintaining group rules and policies, and mapping compliance risks. They also served as the Head of Compliance for the company's international entities and played a key role in obtaining ISO 37001 certification for the anti-corruption program.
Simone Pellegrini obtained a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale from Politecnico di Milano from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale at the same institution.
