Brandon Ress

Brandon Ress is a Senior Counsel at Pirkey Barber PLLC, having joined the firm in September 2022, after serving as Counsel at King & Spalding from July 2015 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Norton Rose Fulbright, where Brandon Ress progressed from Associate/Senior Associate to Counsel between December 2007 and July 2015. Expertise encompasses representation of Fortune 100 companies in trademark and unfair competition litigation, as well as trade secret, copyright, and business tort claims. Brandon Ress also provides strategic advice to in-house lawyers on claims, discovery planning, document collection, witness preparation, and settlement strategies. Brandon Ress holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors in Intellectual Property Law from Boston University School of Law (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Comparative Literature from Northwestern University (2002).
