Henry McGowan

Henry McGowan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Henry started their career as an Analyst at CIL Management Consultants in 2012 and was promoted to Senior Analyst in 2013. In these roles, Henry specialized in deal strategy, commercial due diligence, and business/financial planning.

In 2014, Henry joined Deloitte UK as an Assistant Manager, and later became a Manager in 2015. During their time at Deloitte, they provided strategic and financial advice to clients, focusing on deal strategy, growth strategy, M&A, and post-merger integration. Henry'sclients included private equity and venture capital firms, high-growth SMEs, and FTSE 250 corporates.

In 2019, Henry joined Improbable as a Director, where they were a member of the Defense & Enterprise leadership team. Henry was responsible for vision and mission development, strategic planning, corporate development, market assessment, operational improvement, and transformation. Henry also played a key role in various other areas such as finance, FP&A, operations, commercial, BD ops, and partnerships.

In 2022, Henry joined Zego as a Director, where they were a member of the leadership team. Henry'sresponsibilities included value creation, operational improvement, annual planning, driving transformation initiatives, performance measurement, improvement of management information, and board reporting.

Henry McGowan attended The Latymer School from 2000 to 2008, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they went on to study at Imperial College London from 2008 to 2012, completing a Master of Science (MSci) degree in Physics.
