Varsha Mistry

Varsha Mistry is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as People Director at Pirum since September 2023, Varsha previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Aker Systems from November 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included fostering a diverse and inclusive employee experience. Interim Global Head of Human Resources at Motorsport Network, Varsha managed HR operations across several regions for a multi-faceted business. Varsha's tenure at Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology spanned a decade, during which significant HR projects were implemented, and a creative people strategy was developed as Head of Human Resources. Earlier roles included HR Manager positions at WPP and Presentation Social Investment Agency, where Varsha focused on talent management, performance improvement, and streamlining HR processes.
