Jodi Leichner

Jodi Leichner has extensive experience in talent development and recruitment, having held progressive roles at UnitedHealth Group from November 2016 to August 2024, including Associate Director of People Development, Talent Development Manager, and Senior Corporate Recruiter. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Consultant at Salo LLC and a Senior Technology Recruiter at Thomson Reuters. Jodi also served as a Corporate Recruiter for Lender Processing Services, Inc. and Accenture HR Services, where involvement in leadership committees and initiatives focused on diversity and efficiency contributed to the development of innovative recruitment strategies. Jodi Leichner holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
