Hugo Santos is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and managing projects in the banking and finance industries. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Specialist and Tech Lead at Pismo since April 2020, Hugo oversees project management and engineering responsibilities while contributing to the development of legacy and new features. Prior to this, Hugo held positions as a Senior Software Engineer, Backend Software Engineer at Conta Azul, and Systems Development Specialist at Thomson Reuters, focusing on high availability systems and microservices architecture. Hugo began a career in systems development as a Systems Development Analyst at Alliance Consultoria, specializing in tax-related applications and ERP integration. Hugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Ibirapuera.
