Raphael Nascimento Santos is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience leading teams and driving data strategy across several industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Engineering at Pismo since August 2022, Raphael previously held key roles at Via, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 50 engineers and leading the data platform strategy. Raphael has also served as CTO at GESTO, where oversight of technology and product alignment with business objectives was paramount, and has held positions in prominent firms such as Logicalis, Itau Unibanco, and Affair System Tecnologia. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from FGV and postgraduate degrees in Big Data and Software Engineering, complemented by specialized training in Executive Leadership from the University of Oxford.
