Lisa Landis

Lisa Landis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and labor management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Piston Group since October 2012, Lisa has previously held similar roles at Keystone Foods, where effective communication with union and nonunion employees led to turnover rates of less than 10% and low grievance rates through strategic administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements. Lisa's career also includes experience as a Human Resources Assistant and Staffing Supervisor, along with early work as an Assistant Manager at Associated Estates Realty Corporation. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Psychology from The University of Toledo.
