Luana Leão is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Talentos at Pitang since September 2020, where responsibilities include engagement, organizational culture, employee experience, and the design of leadership programs. As the Head of Talent Attraction, Luana manages the talent acquisition flow and oversees the onboarding processes, while also participating in ISO 27001 implementation and people analytics initiatives. Additionally, Luana acts as a Facilitadora and Mentora for Tech Recruiters training at Qualiti Innovative Learning and has previous experience as a Senior Analyst in Human Resources and Consulting roles in various organizations, focusing on recruitment, corporate performance, and strategic HR processes. Academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Psychological Assessment and a bachelor's degree from Unijorge.
