Merav Shoval - Hinkis

Merav Shoval-Hinkis has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Merav most recently served as a Board Advisor at dueto. Prior to that, they were the Head of People at Pitango. Merav also held the position of Global VP People at Aviv Scientific and worked as an HR Business Lead at Amdocs. Additionally, they have experience as the HR & Commercial Excellence Director and Global HRBP at AstraZeneca. Before that, they served as the HR Manager at General Motors R&D Center and HR Director at Jacada. Merav also worked as a Recruitment & OD Manager at ECTEL and as a Human Resources Manager at TTI Telecom.

Merav Shoval - Hinkis has a diverse education history. In 1994 to 1997, they attended Bar-Ilan University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. Later, from 1999 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Behavior from the same university. In 2015, they furthered their education at MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Leadership.
