Megan (Shabe) Trout, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as a Talent & Culture Business Partner at Pitcairn since January 2021, Trout has previously held roles including Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Engagement Coordinator at Core BTS and Human Resources Administrator at EducationWorks, where Trout also worked as a Human Resources Intern. Additionally, Trout served as a Graduate Research Assistant at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and as a Research Assistant at Kutztown University, focusing on Parenting Style Outcomes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Kutztown University.
