Karen Frenkiel

Karen Frenkiel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in providing strategic and operational HR consultation across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Pitcher Partners since January 2015, Karen delivers comprehensive HR advice through an outsourced model, effectively addressing complex HR challenges. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and HR Consultant at Pitcher Partners, along with HR Advisor positions at James Richardson Corporation Pty Ltd and AMP, as well as HR and learning development roles at AXA. Karen holds a Master of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Swinburne University of Technology.
